How to Book?

1. Get in touch by phone or email.
   
   

2. We arrange a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs.
   
   

3. We agree on session length, frequency, and fee.
   
   

4. A regular time is scheduled.
   
   

5. Payment is made by bank transfer before sessions.

6. A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy: 

Sessions require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Where sufficient notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the loss of the deposit and may be charged at the full session fee.
